Grind Customs FX Build Docs

As Grind Customs is no longer a thing, I've been hosting the build docs on my pitiful excuse for a website for quite a few years now. However it was only really linked over on Madbean in a single thread on the subject. So to remedy that I've made it clickable here. This is for anyone who has essentially found an old PCB in their box of old shite and fancies building it (I know I still have quite a few kicking around somewhere!).
